-Plan on getting a trim from your hairstylist every 4-6 weeks.
-Limit heat exposure including sun exposure, indoor heat, and over-styling with hot tools.
-Use a good wet line with biotin, collagen, and B Vitamins. (Hint: Pure BioGen Complex is my favorite!)
-Deep condition weekly.
-To ensure the hair isn’t damaged, only get services from a licensed professional, especially when it comes to color, curling, and straightening treatments that require chemicals.
-Style with tools that utilize infrared smart technology which acts as a spa treatment by locking the moisture into the hair shaft. (I recommend Tools by Gina)
– Use a silk pillowcase when sleeping because the hair glides over it rather than gets caught on it.
-Never pull the hair too tight when putting up to avoid creating unneeded stress.
