Here’s my Tip of the Week
Customer service is something that is key in every business. Here are a few tips that I rely on when it comes to customer service which can be applied to any profession.
– Regardless of your day, always be positive for your client as they may need to see a friendly face.
– Don’t get distracted with phone calls or text messaging when providing services to clients.
– Make eye contact and always be a good listener.
– Never snack or eat when your client is there. This is unprofessional and redirects focus that should remain on the client.
-If you encounter a request for a service that you don’t provide, always recommend an alternative solution or a referral to someone who provides the service.
– Push yourself to come up with things to make your clients feel extra special.
