About the Salon

I am Aurelia Davis, a businesswoman with a solid acumen in growing and developing successful businesses. Im self-motivated with a robust work ethic, a persuasive communicator with well developed presentations and negotiation skills. I have a proven record of accomplishments in business development and the ability to encourage change management. Im also a managing cosmetologist with over three decades of experience in the hair industry. During my career as a hairstylist, Ive been an effective leader in mentoring, training, and apprenticing several hairstylists to obtain cosmetology license and further open their own hair salons. Ive managed hair salons, co-founded and operated Salon Textures Inc for 20 years, received my Bachelors and Masters in business management. Now, I am the Blessed owner of GreenRose Inc.,a parent company to A Shante Salon, GreenRose Education, and GreenRose Candles.
