Located in the Winter Park Plaza Shopping Center, at the corner of Fairbanks Avenue and S. New York Avenue, and near the beautiful Park Avenue shopping district. Along with Ethos Vegan Café, we anchor this shopping plaza. Our location has a total of 30 beautiful boutique style suites including multiple double suites and 1 triple suite which allows for more than one stylist to work together simultaneously. All License Agreements are month to month and can be canceled with 45 days notice. Weekly rent includes all utilities, WiFi, 24/7 access, washer/dryer, and professional liability insurance. All new License Agreements receive 2 weeks free rent that starts when you see your first client. Since we are located in the City limits of Winter Park, our allowable uses include hair stylists, barbers, estheticians, make up artists, eyelash extensions artists and nail professionals. Unfortunately, the City doesn’t allow any tattoo artists or tattoo establishments.
