When it comes to magic words, if you’re talking hair, the word for 2018 would have to be “Texture”. This year almost every style has texture. From the Pixie to the Bob, and even longer hair; texture is hip!

This season it’s all about bringing sexy back with a carefree look. Shagz, another well-known textured look, are here to make a statement in a big kind of way. The Bob, mentioned above, can be worn blunt or loose and pulling off texture with these looks is where it’s at.

However, the texturing doesn’t stop there. Check out what bangs are doing. Their longer, just brushing below the brow, and although they can be cut and worn blunt, we’re seeing just the right amount of texture which is creating a wispy effect. The longer bang length is good in the sense that you can wear them falling naturally or side sweep them for a different look. They can also be parted down the middle for a softer, more Bridgett Bardot, look. With all this talk of length, don’t shy away from short and choppy. This can be equally captivating and certainly is no less popular than normal.

Waves are very soft and care-free. Again, their whispering texture. Curls are left in their natural state and styled less structurally. Just beautiful looks. Texture here, goes without having to say it.

Now get ready; “Abra-Cadabra” spring is upon us. Time to bring on the texture.
