Our location has a total of 24 beautiful boutique style single suites. All License Agreements are month to month and can be canceled with 45 days notice. Weekly rent includes all utilities, WiFi, 24/7 access, washer/dryer, and professional liability insurance. Plus you get to decorate your suite to meet your personality. All new License Agreements receive 4 weeks free rent that starts when you see your first client. Since we are located in unincorporated Seminole County, our allowable uses include hair stylists, barbers, estheticians, nail professionals, microbladers, massage therapists and more!
