February 11, 1018- Gina Rivera Tip of the Week

Here’s my Tip of the Week:
Confidence is a characteristic that is absolutely essential if you’re going to be successful in business. Here are some of my tips for growing your confidence:

– Don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and face your fears.
– Identify areas that you could expand your knowledge in and establish a plan to master them.
– Continue to educate yourself on the subjects that you have identified to ensure that you become an expert. (Remember, with a higher level of knowledge you will have a higher level of confidence.)
– Once you master a skill, continue to practice it. This will make you more confidence multiply.
